no worries i can understand your concern, i didnt travel recently but i will travel soon back to malaysia, so i have confirmed from my university that students holding valid student pass dont need travel authorisation letter as i am also holding a valid student pass.

With valid student pass you dont need TA.

Existing students with valid student passes are not required to apply for travel approval.
