same problem and my univeristy doesn’t accept this payment anymore. So I requested to reject my application from university. This process takes a long time. 😐

You can cancel it before approval

My university doe not reject my VAL application yet. So what should I do? EMGS told me to reject it first and then send email to cancel it in order to apply a new VAL.

Hi Omar,
You are required to contact your institution and request the account details to make payment for your application. Once you have made the payment, kindly forward a copy of the proof of payment to the institution. The institution will submit the payment to EMGS on your behalf.
