Hi Omar,
We advise that you contact your institution and request that they either reject or cancel the application. Once the application has been canceled in our system, you are required to drop an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and request to cancel the application online. This will enable you to submit a new application with the desired mode of payment.

I contacted my institution to cancel my application and they already did, it is canceled from their system, So now I am asking to cancel my visa application from EMGS website, I sent an enquiry in EMGS website but no response.
So I would appreciate if to cancel my application from your website and to tell me when its OK to submit my new visa application as soon as possible, my application No. E#########
