Hello Ms.EMG officer
My visa status has stucked on 90% for more than a week ,can I know why and can I know when can I collect my passport? because I need it as soon as possible ,kindly look into my visa status and I hope to collect my passport soon , have a nice day .

  The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
