Your application was resubmitted to the Immigration Department on 10 February. The application is still in progress with the Immigration Department. Kindly note that the approval to issue the VAL is at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

If you haven’t done it yet, can you give me a timeline for when you will do the follow up?
The VAL approval takes approximately 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Since the application was submitted on the 10th of February, today is the 9th working day. We will follow up if the VAL approval process exceeds 10 working days.
