You may access this feature by logging in to the EMGS Visa website → Student Visa → “Track My Application” → Search Application (using their passport number and nationality). You will be able to view all application issues, but you can only upload additional documents for issues featuring a “Respond” button. In the event there is no “Respond” button, you may send the additional documents to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my.
