The EMGS approval letter will only be ready for download once your application has been supported. You can drop an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my in order for us to check your application status.

The EMGS approval letter will be ready for download within 7 working days. However, the process might be delayed if there are additional documents required.

Hi,
The VAL is valid for 6 months from the issuance date. If the VAL expires and you were unable to enter Malaysia, your institution can apply for a VAL extension application. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
