Hi Oalid,
If the passport is not submitted within 60 days from the first notification, the application will be closed. However, you can still liaise with your institution upon your arrival to submit the passport along with a request to reopen the application. The decision to reopen the application is at the discretion of EMGS Management. Kindly refer to your institution for further details.
