Hey EMGS. I have changed my phone to a new one. Can you please help me get a new digital ID on the other device. My flight is on the 23rd on Tuesday, January 2024. Can it be done before then?? Please let me know as soon as possible.

  Kindly be informed that you are required to send an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my to request us reset the digital ID. Kindly provide your passport number and nationality in order for us to assist you accordingly.

Hey EMGS, my name is Navl Adeel, Passport no. AU1406123. I am unable to upload my vaccination certificate even though its in the correct format and is the right file size. What’s going on?!
