We are unable to confirm this. The approval to resume the process of issuing VALs to international students is solely at the discretion of the Immigration. Rest assured that we will notify institutions and students once we have received an update from the Immigration Department.

You can only register for the online classes upon receipt of the EMGS approval letter, whilst you wait for the VAL. If you have received the EMGS approval letter, you can proceed to liaise with your institution for the registration process.
