Hi my VAL is reached 35% since March do I need to resubmit or waiting mco lift

  Same. MCO already lifted been so long and all other businesses reopened too. I don’t know why is it still stuck.

    Same here, my uni informed me that it’s reopening 1st july onwards, but then my process still stuck at 35%

  The percentage indicates that your application is currently in progress with the Immigration Department. We advise that you wait until the Immigration Department completes the VAL issuance process. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
