Dear EMGS Officer,
I have several questions regarding the additional documents. The system told me to send in a new passport photo as the one I previously sent is blurry.

1) The EMGS photo checker could not accept my photos even though my photography tried many times to take the pictures. It’s main problem is the colour and lighting, but it’s not blurry. I already tried 3 different photo studio and each other of them could not make an acceptable photo by emgs photo checker standards. I need my Visa as soon as possible and I am running out of options, should I disregard the photo checker’s issues and just send in the photo?

2. Where am I supposed to send in the new photo? To my host university or to EMGS? I’m confused.

  In the event, that the application was created by the student, you may submit the new photo to the mailbox of enquiry(at)emgs.com.my for further assistance.
