My application is with emgs stuck at 90% for last 4 days

The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

According to me, I guess you have to re-apply your VISA and then wait for your Visa and then apply for a single entry visa. But if you want to re-apply then the best way is if you do eVAL which will come within 48hours I guess.

Please take note that we are in the midst of submitting your application to the Immigration Department for VAL approval.

Kindly take note that it takes 7-10 working days for VAL approval once the application has been submitted to the Immigration Department.

EMGS doesn’t accept your “health declaration form” directly from you. They only accept your “health declaration form” from your university. You can fill up the form and send it to your university and request them to submit it to EMGS.

From my experience. I initial did a pre-medical screening and I was told I need to submit my health declaration form. I actually emailed them directly (EMGS) because I was the one who initiated the application. However, if it was your institution who applied on your behalf, you should email it to them and request it to be sent to EMGS.

If you created the application by yourself you may email the Health Declaration Form to us to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my.

However, if it was your institution who applied on your behalf, you must send the documents to your institution in order for them to forward the documents to us.
