Hello,
We study in USM Penang and we stay at Bukti Permai Housing on campus and it has been two weeks now and we are short of electricity supply, lights are fine though. When we have informed the officials, electricity flows for a short time and it is cut again.

From ministry of healthy u can get it

NRIC refers to your residence permit card number .. stands for (National Registration Identity Card)
If you don’t have one you can put your passport number .. usually they ask either one of them to be provided -
What form is this? NRIC is Malaysian ID card
