Once the application has been submitted to the Immigration Department, it will take 7-10 working days for the issuance of the VAL. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

I also want to add on that the progress was showing green yesterday now suddenly its yellow .. like i said i have to be in malaysia early this February because I have to be there for class and theres some issues that have to be settled .
