Dear Tuan/Puan,
I would like to kindly inquire about the current status of my child’s visa application, as the application status has been stuck at 80% for some time.

Passport Number: X3235430
Nationality: Indonesia

May I know how long it may take for the process to reach 100% completion? We are planning to travel back to our hometown for a family holiday, therefore we would greatly appreciate any update regarding the estimated processing time.
