My name is Kashif Ahmad (Student ID: 300013). I am writing to seek clarification regarding my student pass renewal process and current situation.

At present, my renewal application status is showing 50%, and I am currently in Pakistan. I have not received a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) yet.

I have been given different instructions by my agent, and I would like to confirm the correct procedure directly from your office to avoid any mistakes.

I kindly request your guidance on the following points:

1. As I am outside Malaysia and my renewal is at 50%, should I wait until the process progresses further or until I receive the VAL before traveling?

2. Is it possible or allowed for me to enter Malaysia using an eVisa without a VAL and then complete the student pass renewal process?

3. If I am required to submit my passport, can this be done while I am in Pakistan, or do I need to be physically present in Malaysia to submit it?

4. At what stage (percentage or status) is it appropriate for me to travel back to Malaysia?

I want to ensure that I follow the correct and official procedure as per EMGS guidelines.

I would greatly appreciate your clear advice so I can proceed accordingly.
