Dear EMGS Team,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to kindly request your urgent assistance regarding the renewal of my student visa, which is due to expire on 17 July 2026.
I recently travelled back to Malaysia and arrived on 31 May 2026 to proceed with the visa renewal process. I visited my university; however, there were two public holidays, and after that, on Wednesday, I submitted my passport to the University VPU. The university then forwarded my passport to EMGS. Currently, the EMGS application status shows that my passport has been received and is under processing.
My concern is that my return flight is booked for 13 June 2026, and I need to receive my passport by 12 June 2026 in order to travel as scheduled. I have urgent family and work-related commitments, including my daughters’ school obligations and my husband’s work responsibilities, which require me to return on time.
The university informed me that once the progress reaches 80%, I should come to collect/continue the next step. I am fully ready to provide any supporting documents, including my flight booking, my daughters’ school leave/commitment documents, or any other evidence required.
I would be very grateful if EMGS could kindly expedite the processing of my passport and visa renewal due to my current circumstances.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support. I sincerely appreciate your kind assistance.
Yours faithfully,
Nur Mhamed Aubid Al-NtrweUniversity: UCSI University
