Dear Sir/Madam,
Good day to you,
I applied for English course in Language Center to prepare for IELTS and continue in my PHD and my percentage is stuck on 32%.
We were waiting for so long. Please tell us if we can not enter Malaysia, to terminate our admission and request for refund and change our plans.

  We are yet to receive an update from the Immigration Department with regard to the entry for new international students. We will notify institutions and students once we have the information.
