Hello Sir/Madam,
I hope you are having a nice day
I want to ask you when I can apply for eVAL to study English Course in Malaysia.
When will you be able to issue eVAL fo international student for F2F classes?
I can not take online course and if there is no possibility for the eVAL, please let us know to change our plan.

  Hi Nisreen,
  
  Please be informed that students can apply for a new application. However, the Immigration Department is not approving VAL until further notice. We are unable to provide you with a confirmation on when the Immigration Department will resume approving VAL. Rest asusred, we will notify institutions and students once there is an update on this matter.
  
  If you decide to apply for a new application, upon reviewing your documents, we will issue an EMGS approval letter for you to attend online classes.
