Dear Mr. &Mrs. ,
My name is Zhao Ning and my passport number is EJ4025695.
I submitted my passport on March 25th and it is still at 90%. May I know when the progress will reach 100% and get my passport?
I have an urgent matter and need to go back to my home country before April 20, can you please speed up the review progress?

  Kindly be informed that our institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
