You can check all process online agent must pay fee to emgs instead to institution, Because sometimes it’s delay the process due to non payment.

my agent told me my university not submitted my file to EMGS that’s why my record not created , if you applied directly to your university contact yo university and tell them what’s the matter they definitely not submitted your file and documents.
