I think you can apply eVisa online can you go google and search Malayasia eVisa maybe it’s available for your country all u gotta do is submit your passport scan first pages and ur eVal and pay online ur visa will be ready in 2-3 days

From your country you need to get SEV single entry Visa once you in Malayisa they will take ur passport and place Studnt Visa sticker

For those who’s Val appeal is pending from many days and month here is reason just get to know from immigration
