Same with me, my online registration will be end tomorrow and my progress stuck at 35%

Dear EMGS officer, could you help me, please expedite my application progress. The progress stuck in 35%. The lectures will start on October 9th. My passport number is X2078477. I need my eVal as quickly as possible. Thank you

  Kindly be informed that your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The VAL approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
