Dear Officer,
My name is Nicolas Perera Niru Roy. I have renewed my visa which expired on November 20, 2025. My new expiry date is November 20, 2026.

Why can I still see the old MyKad on the EMGS hub app? Do you have any solutions for this? I have already cleared the cache and reinstalled the application.

  Kindly be informed that we are in the midst of upgrading the feature for IKAD. As such, student may not be able to view the iKAD validity in the EMGS mobile app.

Hello officer,
Why my health insurance card in emgs app has not updated yet? Even after I renewed my visa.
I went to a etiqa covered clinic and they said it it not activated.
