I am going to Monash on 17th Feb. My application is 32% now. In addition, I have to apply for SEV in Vietnam. Could I enter the course on time?

  Once the application has been submitted to the Immigration Department, it will take 7-10 working days for the issuance of the VAL. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
