Yes bro. They don’t accept payment from student, it has to be through your institution. Hence, if they need additional documents then u can send them, but for the payment ur institution has to send them

Ask your institution to send EMGS the payment receipt through the additional document, if not your progress will remain in 5%

If your offer letter is not backdated then there will be possibility to reach 35% at the next update. But if not it will be pending at 30%
