Respected Sir/Madam;

I am Nelson Pynadath Rumjit from India. I got PhD admission at University of Malaya. I am having one query regarding the application of student visa. Is it necessary to do a pre-medical health examination in my country and need to upload all the medical test along with health declaration form while applying for the student visa? or only requires health declaration?

  No, previously there was something called “pre arrival medical report” in which you do what you said.
  But now you just fill the health declaration form, and when you arrive to malaysia you will have to undergo a medical examination in Malaysia.

  As mentioned by @mohamed_159, you are required to submit the health declaration form only. However, you will be required to attend the compulsory post-arrival medical screening upon your arrival in Malaysia.
