Hi Nehal,
The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, at present we have suspended the processing of all applications. The approval to issue the Student Pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Kindly refer to your institution for further details.

Hi Nehal.
Your passport with the Special Pass has been ready for collection since the 4th of March. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they assign an authorized representative to collect the passport.
