Dear EMGS Team,

I would like to follow up on my Student Pass application, as it has now remained at 15% for 11 working days without any progress.

I noticed that the status indicator is shown in green, but the percentage has not changed for several days. Could you please check my application and let me know if there is anything missing or if there is any issue with my documents that is causing the application to remain at 15%?

I would really appreciate it if you could check the status of my application and assist in processing it as soon as possible, as my university registration deadline is approaching on 2 October 2026.
