Hi Nazar,
As mentioned, if you are coming from one of the banned countries, you will not be able to enter Malaysia. However, students that intend to enter Malaysia would have to apply for the travel authorization form via our website. The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Please note that if you are travelling from one the banned countries, you will not be able to enter Malaysia. If you have applied for the travel authorization, kindly email us your passport number to check on your application.

my university return the passport without sticker speciol pass .. and i come her on auguset to supmit my passport .. and i come here by travel authuration .. my question can i come back to my country and return to malaysia next year when they let international student enter ,, apply again for travel authuration ??! my visa expired already-
and how they return passport without speciol pass entry ?? i paid for quarentine and every thing ?

I’m not traveling from one of the Banned countries, but I’m traveling from my country of origin which is not listed Banned . But I’m currently in Saudi Arabia which is banned . Is that effecting my entry to Malaysian ?

Only students from the banned countries or travelling from the banned countries would not be able to enter Malaysia. You may proceed to apply for the travel authorization. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
