Dear EMGS Officer,

I hope you are doing well.

My name is Nazakat Ali, and my passport number is ZA1839161. I have not yet received my iKad and would like to follow up on its status.

I arrived in Malaysia two months ago and received my passport with the one-year student pass nearly a month ago. Previously, I was informed that the iKad would be ready within two weeks after receiving my student pass.

Could you please provide an update on when I can expect to receive it? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  The ikad is currently in progress with the relevant department. We kindly seek your patience in allowing us time to process the ikad. We will notify the institute once the ikad is ready for collection.
