    It’s been almost 3 months and I still haven’t received my refund. Your staff member, Rajaletchumie, mentioned the payment was sent to the wrong bank, but I had copied and pasted my correct account details. I was then asked to check with UBL, but they confirmed there is no pending or stuck payment.

    Can you please mention on which bank account you transferred. First I provide UBL that you said is not working then I provide you BOP. On which you transferred.

    Hi Officer, my passport number is ZA1839161 and I didn’t received my refund yet. Please check and let me know when I will receive almost 2 months ago when I requested the refund.

    My Passport is ZA1839161. Almost 60 days ago and I still didn’t get my refund. It’s very dispersed movement that I have paid 3 years Visa fee and only get one Year Sticker and then not getting refund of two years back. I am shameful.
