I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy regarding the collection of my IKAD. According to your officer, IKAD was collected by the institution on 10th July. However, my university’s international office has informed me that they only received my passport on 10th July and not the IKAD.

Kindly be informed that we are in the midst of submitting your application to Immigration for VAL approval. Allow us some time to proceed with the submission. Any updates will be notified accordingly. Kindly note, the Immigration will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the eVAL.
