Well not three months!!! Do you mean by a consultant an agent?! Maybe he is the problem. Try to communicate directly with your institution and emgs. Did you check for comments on your order?

One think I will share you on 12 of Aug my data is not show in emgs system, but on 16 Aug again my data show in emgs system. I don’t know what it’s mean. But I am so worried about my VAL

Contact with your institution. I think they haven’t pay the fees yet.

Yesterday I was talk to my consultant for updates, he said the institution has submitted all documents and VAL fee to EMGS,

R u serious, why did you wait until now. 0% means they haven’t even started processing your documents. Check for comments on your application and contact your institution
