Hello may i know when is you student pass expired because you are on final semester therefore you need to renew your student pass and kindly check your status in EMGS tracker
And if you are on last semester why dont you just finish your study then cancel you visa afterward ?
Are you in malaysia right now ?
Then please explain why you state that you cant renew your visa ?

Did the immigration stamp you final student pass?
Last, are you in malaysia or outside malaysia then what did you meant that your travel permit is Student Pass?
