Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have secured an offer letter from Universiti Malaya for PhD in Engineering. While completing my application for Student Visa in EMGS Portal, My payment was rejected due to my Credit Card not being issued by Malaysian Banks. There are 3 payment methods available for applicants who submit their application via the EMGS website which are Credit Card, Telegraphic Transfer (USD only) and pay through institution. We accept any debit/credit card as long as it allows an international transfer and has a sufficient balance.
