Hello, Good night
My name is Mustazzihim Suhaidi from Indonesia. Passport number C2980978. how long is the visa processed in Malaysia immigration, because from 10 September 2019 visa status is still in Malysia immigration until now there is no progress. I have been here for more than a month and want to go back to Indonesia to see my sick child. beg for your help and thank you.

  The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Kindly drop an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my in order to expedite the process. We wish your child a speedy recovery.
