Dear EMGS Staff,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Mustafa, and my passport number is A20621209. I submitted my passport on November 14th, and its status has remained at 90% in immigration since November 24th.

Could you kindly provide an estimated timeframe for when I might receive my passport? I require it urgently to make arrangements to return to my home country.

  Hi Mustafa,
  As checked, the student pass has been issued by Immigration on 8 November 2024. We will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection. Any updates will be notified.
