    Dear sir :

    Greetings,

    I would like to inform you that I submitted my visa application on August 2nd and was informed that 35% of the processing was completed. However, the estimated processing time has passed without any updates. It has been 8 days since the estimated time ended, and I have not received any response regarding my visa.

    My application number is #########, and my passport number is P08154785. I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently, as the visa for the country I am currently in will expire by 26/8.

      We will look into this matter. As checked, your documents are still in progress with Immigration since 2 August 2024. Therefore, we kindly seek your patience and understanding in allowing Immigration some time to issue the approval. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
