my application status is 30% and I read this statement from 2nd December
We are unable to process the application as the Immigration Department of Malaysia system has highlighted an issue with this individual. The institute is required to contact the Immigration Department of Malaysia for further clarification.

Hey brother, have you ever been to malaysia? By any chance broke any laws of Malaysia, over stayed before or somehow blacklisted?
They are saying your application or your identity have some problems.
