If the process has exceeded the stipulated time-frame, we advise that you drop an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and request to expedite the process. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Bring photos but before you go check what they want. I think they need the offer letter as well.
