I would like to ask the IMGS team to look into the dependent visa process for my wife. I am a master’s student at Universiti Geomatika Malaysia. I have deposited RM 30,000 as part of the documentation requirements, and I have also paid RM 2,000 as the entry requirement for my wife.

However, it has been two weeks,almost three weeks, and the process is still at 20 percent; it hasn’t progressed at all. I would like to ask the IMGS team to look into this and determine what might be missing. Thank you
