Dear EMGS support hub team,
I hope you’re doing well. It has been more than 2 weeks working since I’ve applied for my visa, still my status is stuck on 35%. I’m getting concerned as the time is running. Please notify me for the reason of this delay. It took more time than 2 weeks working
So please I want a solution to this delay

Hi Munassar Aref,
Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 6th October 2025. The approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.
