Same case. 15% & documents sent on 20th October. But there is still pending..

They should reply your email and give you case number, when you have this number you should call and ask directly by giving the case number.
Plus, whenever they need extra documents, email them with cc to your university-
I have emailed & got case number. My University submitted additional documents that is confirmed. I will call EMGS. Thank you for giving me the idea.
