    I can just see that the VAL is ready to download but no letter appears to download.

      We require more information regarding this. Kindly confirm if there is any error when you proceed to download those documents. If there is, we advise you to send us an email together with a screenshot of the error message at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my. This will enable us to assist you accordingly.
