Ok, I want you to help me, I have Medium Instruction later which proves that English was medium Instruction of my Bachelor degree, I want to start 2nd Degree ‘Master’ My University was Excepted me without IELTS because of English Medium Instruction of my degree
So is it compulsory to have IELTS certificate before Exit Malaysia as to Return and Start my Studies?
