Dear EMGS officer @emgs I respectfully request for my pre entry checklists to be verified because my flight is on the day after tomorrow and also I’m having difficulties to arrange a meeting with my institution representative I have notified them by email, help desk and still there is not yet an answer I’m afraid that I wouldn’t be able to go through immigration process as mentioned in EMGS app. Is there anything I could do? I request for your assistance it would be helpful for me my institution is Universiti Malaya thank you in advance.

Hi, I’m also going to UM. I checked with UM and they said uni representatives will not receive students at the airport. After you have arrived at KL, you can go visit the UM visa desk for processing the next steps. But in your case if they do send someone over, would you please let me know?

According to this pdf, you’re supposed to head over to ISAC. Have you been able to contact the uni to confirm if they will receive you at the airport? They also told me I’ll have to arrange my own transportation.
It’s very easy. Just buy a sim from there. Then installed Grab. Then sign up and you can book any trip.
True, a sim card for your phone and a free space on your phone for grab application
Oh also make sure the SIM card comes with data plan
I don’t know it yet have you tried making inquiries via UM helpdesk like I did
I’m not able to make enquiries through UM helpdesk as my siswamail is not active yet, UM hasn’t verified my emgs approval letter so I can’t self enrol or create the siswamail. They keep telling me they will verify before 25 September
Hmm actually I didn’t use any siswamail rather you create a new account using your existing email account and you could make inquiries about admission
