Kindly be informed that your insurance was under Etiqa. Kindly note for Etiqa there is no physical card. As such, you are required to download Etiqa Plus app in Google Play Store or App Store. You may email to us at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my to obtain the policy number for insurance.

I am a disabled student three days after coming to Malaysia I slipped my foot and the plates of my leg moved which is why I can’t even walk and I have to go back to my country to have my leg treated. Usama, have you called EMGS at +603 2782 5888? It’s possible it may be too late to get a tuition refund but you may be able to get a application refund from emgs. They might also better guide you over phone/email on how to deal with your university. Sorry you have to experience this
