Dear @emgsofficer @emgs my student pass will be expired at 29 October 2025. I have renewed my passport and submitted my renewal documents including my new passport copy through visa unit of my university. Do I need to wait until my progress 50% and says collect passport or I have to collect soon before that? Thank you View

    My name is Mujaroh Khotimah. My status application is pending (yellow colour) and was required to submit an embassy letter relate to my passport.     My name is Mujaroh with passport number E1135270. My university has already submited an adittion document as requirement. Today, the progress is stuck on 15% (under checking documents).     Dear EMGS officer, my name is Mujaroh Khotimah and my passport number E1135270. My application status is stuck at 15% (green) since 20 August 2024 (9 working day). I am required to upload my e-VAL to complete my admission (university) as soon as possible (not more than 13 September 2024). Your profesional work is highly appreciated. Thank you
